Retendo Student helps you create individual study plans for students or student groups. This is of particular interest in music, theatre and opera programmes, for example, where much of the teaching is put together for each individual student.
The planning of the course takes place as usual, with the added feature that individual students or student groups can also be scheduled in for an activity. In this way, a student or student group is linked to a teacher and an activity.
Dividing the students into different groups adds an extra dimension to the course planning. The activity planning for a course is shown below. The student group included in the various course components is clearly shown.
The group of students or the individual student participating in the activities is specified for each activity within a particular course.

Each student receives an individual study plan which sets out all courses and activities.
Each student receives their own study plan which provides them with a clear overview of the various courses and course components they participate in. The same study plan exists for a group of students, e.g. various students playing instruments who form an ensemble.
A student can be included in multiple courses.
When you click on a course, all the information on the course is shown.
The study plan shows the month in which the courses and course components are provided.
This view provides an overview of each student, the programme the student is attending and the term.
Other examples of statuses include: interrupted studies, approved leave from studies, re-registered, exchange student, extra term.
In addition to courses and activities, each teacher also sees in their work task plan which students or student groups are participating in the activity.
The teachers are provided with an overview of the various courses and course components they are responsible for in their work task plans. There they can also see which student group participates in the various course components.
The participating student group is clearly stated for each component.
Student groups are used to plan activities for an entire group of students and for communication between the teacher and the students in the group.
The students forming part of the student group are listed here, so the teacher knows which students are to be taught.
The teachers can send an email to all the students in a group at once by clicking on the “Send email” button.
