”Vi har bedre oversikt over personalets arbeid, hvordan timene er fordelt over året og arbeidsbelastning. At summeringen er korrekt og ting henger sammen, gjør alt så mye enklere. Hvis jeg endrer bemanningen for et emne, blir alt annet oppdatert automatisk.”
”Retendo har blant annet opprettet en inn- og utlånsfunksjon. Hvis jeg trenger noen fra kjemi, sender jeg en forespørsel til kjemiavdelingen via programmet, og de kan for eksempel svare at ‘du får Kalle i 40 timer’. Timene blir deretter lagt inn i Kalles personalplanlegging. Retendo er veldig lydhøre for synspunktene våre og prøver alltid å komme oss i møte.»
