2. What we process and why
We only process the data we need, for the purposes set out below. The data comes from you — we do not buy personal data.
Providing data is voluntary. If you do not complete the required fields in a form, we cannot respond to your enquiry.
3. Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use them to make the website work and to understand how it is used. We may also use tracking pixels in newsletters to see whether an email has been opened.
Necessary cookies are always set — the website needs them to work. Cookies for analytics and marketing are only set after you have given your consent in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and you can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. To run the website we use suppliers who process data on our behalf, as processors and under data processing agreements:
- HubSpot — forms, contact records and newsletter distribution
- Claydar — website visitor statistics
- Google Fonts — fonts loaded when the page is displayed, which means your IP address is shared with Google
We may also have to disclose data where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to prevent fraud and security incidents.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Your data is primarily processed within the EU/EEA. Some of our suppliers may process data in the United States. Such transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary safeguards.

6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we process about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected or completed
- Have data erased or processing restricted
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format and have it transferred to another party (data portability)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place
